- Abstract: The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of using various artificial intelligence (AI) tools, such as online platforms, adaptive learning systems, and feedback systems in the context of Chinese language learning. The study used a questionnaire from 150 students who studied Chinese at the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages and 10 Chinese Language teachers. Respondents evaluated their experience of using technologies and their impact on the educational process. The results show that the introduction of AI technology substantially improved students’ motivation to learn. 87 % of respondents said that interactive technologies made the learning process more fun and interesting. Students who actively use AI tools show 25 % better results compared to traditional teaching methods. This indicator shows the effectiveness of using technologies to improve the level of knowledge and skills of students. The study also establishes gender differences in the perception of technology. 75 % of girls reported that AI tools had a positive effect on their learning, while among boys this figure is only 60 %. This may indicate different approaches to the use of technologies in the educational process.
