Auf G r u n d d e s B e s c h l u s s e s d e s P a r l a m e n t s , die L e b e n s m i t t e l v e r s o r g u n g d e r J a h r g ä n g e 9 b i s 15 zu v e r b e s s e r n , h a b e n w i r u n s i m E r n ä h r u n g s a u s s c h u ß mit d i e s e m P r o b l e m befaßt. Aber auch d a r ü b e r hinaus h a b e n w i r e r ö r t e r t , wie die L e b e n s m i t t e l v e r s o r g u n g d e r g e s a m t e n B e r l i n e r B e v ö l k e r u n g v e r b e s s e r t w e r d e n k ö n n t e . Wir von d e r S P D w a r e n u n s d a r ü b e r k l a r , d a ß d i e s e V e r s o r g u n g in e r s t e r L i n i e in d r e i R i c h t u n g e n e r f o l gen m ü ß t e . E r s t e n s m u ß eine V e r b e s s e r u n g in d e r R i c h t u n g d e s E i w e i ß e s e r r e i c h t w e r d e n , z w e i t e n s in d e r R i c h t u n g d e s F e t t e s , und d r i t t e n s m u ß V i t a m i n C z u r Verfügung g e s t e l l t w e r d e n . Die E i w e i ß v e r s o r g u n g w a r u n s d e s h a l b b e s o n d e r s w i c h t i g , w e i l w i r a l l e in B e r l i n an c h r o n i s c h e r E i w e i ß u n t e r e r n ä h r u n g l e i d e n . K e i n e K a r t e n gruptje e r f ü l l t d a s E i w e i ß m i n i m u m . D a b e i i s t n o c h f o l g e n d e s b e d e u t u n g s v o l l . K o h l e h y d r a t e und F e t t e , k ö n n e n e r s a t z w e i s e f ü r e i n a n d e r e i n t r e t e n . D a s E i w e i ß m i n i m u m kann u n s a b e r k e i n a n d e r e r N a h r u n g s s t o f f l i e f e r n ; E i w e i ß s t e h t für s i c h s e l b s t . V i t a m i n C i s t wichtig, w e i l in u n s e r e n T r o c k e n p r o d u k t e n d i e s e r Stoff zum großen Teil selbstverständlich unwirksam ist. Wir von d e r SPD w a r e n d e r Meinung, daß m a n a u s d i e s e m P r o g r a m m n i c h t e i n e n e i n z e l n e n Stein h e r a u s b r e c h e n soll, s o n d e r n daß m a n s e h r s o r g fältig d i e g e g e b e n e n M ö g l i c h k e i t e n d e r L u f t b r ü c k e ü b e r l e g e n s o l l und d a ß n a t ü r l i c h auf G r u n d d e r K a l o r i e n b e r e c h n u n g ein e i n h e i t l i c h e s P r o g r a m m i m : Efinähr.ungsaussc'huß e r a r b e i t e t und da'nn d e m P a r l a m e n t auf d e m o r d n u n g s g e m ä ß e n Weg a l s G u t a c h t e n d e s E r n ä h r u n g s a u s s c h u s s e s z u g e l e i t e t w e r d e n muß. D e s w e g e n b e d a u r e ich e s a u ß e r o r d e n t l i c h , daß eine F r a k t i o n k u r z v o r A b s c h l u ß d i e s e r A r b e i t e n e i n e n Stein h e r a u s b r i c h t und ihn a l s S o n d e r a n t r a g h i e r e i n b r i n g t . Ich m ö c h t e d a h e r b e a n t r a g e n , d i e s e n D r i n g l i c h k e i t s a n t r a g a n den E r n ä h r u n g s a u s s c h u ß - zu ü b e r w e i s e n und G e s a m t v o r s c h l ä g e , wie i c h sie g e s c h i l d e r t h a b e , v o m E r n ä h r u n g s a u s s c h u ß zu e r b i t t e n .
