W i r w ü n s c h e n nicht, daß i n den B e z i r k e n m i t w e c h s e l n d e n M e h r h e i t e n oder sonstigen Vorzeichen Lebensmittelhandelseinrichtungen kommunaler A r t b e i b e h a l t e n w e r d e n , von denen d e r W i r t s c h a f t s p o l i t i s c h e A u s s c h u ß ü b e r z e u g t w a r , daß i h r e B e i b e h a l t u n g u n z w e c k m ä ß i g w ä r e . W i r h a b e n k e i n e S c h e u d a v o r , d i e D i n g e r u h i g noch e i n m a l zu b e r a t e n . D i e s e n E r g ä n z u n g s a n t r a g d e r SPD l e h n e n w i r n a t ü r l i c h a b . A b e r w i r würden, wenn wir noch einmal b e r a t e n , s e l b s t v e r s t ä n d l i c h auch W e r t darauf l e g e n , da Z a h l e n s o n s t j a l e i c h t a n g e z w e i f e l t w e r d e n , den P r ü f u n g s b e r i c h t d e s H a u p t e r n ä h r u n g s a m t e s e i n m a l zu s e h e n , zu d e s s e n V o r l a g e e s i m W i r t s c h a f t s p o l i t i s c h e n A u s s c h u ß nicht m e h r g e k o m m e n i s t . W i r h a b e n h i e r v o n d i e s e r S t e l l e a u s die Behauptung g e h ö r t , daß d a s P m s a m t _ B u £ s e : _zu G u n s t e n d e r Arbeiterwohlfahrt einforderte. Das wurde bestritten, aber meine kleine Anfrage a n d e n M a g i s t r a t e r g a b n a c h t r ä g l i c h d i e ' R i c h t i g k e i t d i e s e r F e s t s t e l l u n g . Die F D P i s t a l s o n i c h t i n d e r L a g e , d i e s e m A n t r a g z u z u s t i m m e n . W i r w e r d e n ihn a b l e h n e n , da w i r nicht e i n s e h e n , daß s i c h z w i s c h e n d e m B e s c h l u ß d e s W i r t s c h a f t s p o l i t i s c h e n A u s s c h u s s e s und d e r ' h e u t i g e n Sitzung w e s e n t l i c h e n e u e wirtschaftspolitische Momente ergeben haben. W e n n i c h den H e r r n Stadtverordneten Fischer, meinen Vorredner, richtig verstanden habe, d a n n hat e r den V o r s c h l a g g e m a c h t , den A b ä n d e r u n g s a n t r a g n o c h e i n m a l i m A u s s c h u ß zu b e r a t e n . (Zuruf von d e r F D P : Nein, ihn a b z u l e h n e n ! ) - D a n n h a b e i c h f a l s c h v e r s t a n d e n . I c h w ü r d e nun m e i n e r s e i t s den V o r s c h l a g m a c h e n , d i e s e n A b ä n d e r u n g s a n t r a g an den A u s s c h u ß zu v e r w e i s e n . S t a d t v . M i c h v e r p f l i c h t e n G r ü n d e d e r K o r r e k t h e i t , h i e r zu d i e s e m T a g e s o r d n u n g s p u n k t zu s p r e c h e n , obwohl e s m i r nicht l e i c h t fällt. W i r h a b e n i m W i r t s c h a f t s p o l i t i s c h e r A u s s c h u ß n a c h e i n e r s e h r r e g e n und e i n g e h e n d e n D e b a t t e den h i e r von V o e l k e r v o r g e t r a g e n e n B e s c h l u ß gefaßt, und z w a r e i n s t i m m i g , u n d i c h b e d a u r e s e h r , d a ß n a c h d i e s e m e i n s t i m m i g e n B e s c h l u ß , d e r j a doch e i n e K o m p r o m i ß l ö s u n g w a r - e s w u r d e von e i n e m d e r H e r r e n R e d n e r s c h o n a n g e d e u t e t , die P a r t e i e n h ä t t e n s i c h n a c h l a n g e m Hiniund H e r auf d i e s e s K o m p r o m i ß g e e i n i g t - , d i e , ser Abähderungsantrag gestellt wird.
