Have you already published an electronic publication in Berlin? Then you've come to the right place!

We, the Berlin Central and State Library (ZLB), have the legal mandate to archive and make available all electronic media works published in Berlin. In 2021, the Submission of Mandatory Copies Act was amended and there is now also an obligation to submit documents by electronic means (e-obligation).
